The Terrell Chamber of Commerce does an wonderful job of growing its list of recreational events.  If culture is your passion, you will find a multitude of concerts, live theatre, and other fine arts events.  Lake County Jubilee Gospel Concerts, The Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center, the Iris Theatre are several places you can fill your need for arts.

Want to be a little adventurous?  How about a stay at the Mill Creek Ranch Resort or Rocking L Guest Ranch which provides an authentic western town atmosphere.  Speaking of western, the Wade Indoor Arena offers many equestrian type events from team roping, barrel racing, team penning rodeos and riding lessons.
